Can a HIV+ man compete in UFC or MMA and use his status as a weapon to infect opponent?

Lets say a junkie with Hepatits C and HIV decides to take up fighting for a living because they don't have any other formal qualification due to lack of education like all fighters who take up this sport... can he use his diseases to intimidate his opponents when he is bleeding?
