I have a question to all of you guys(about dogs)?

I am from Greece and i want to adopt a dog, the thing is that i want to adopt one from (America,England,Britain)...is that possible? and if yes would it cost more than a 150$ to bring him here? (take into account that i'm very far) i know that it would be much easier to adopt one from here but i just can't find the right one for me, even though all doggies are sweethearts :)
