My doggies are sick :( how can i baby them ?

i have a basset hound and a beagle mix, the beagle mix is around 7 i think and the basset is around three or four! they have been eating plants all day so i know they feel sick too their tummies!!! i dont know why but i really want to baby them! im 14,what can i do? should i make them beds and give them warm milk? any ideas? thanks <3
