Opinions on rottweilers? ?

I think Rottweilers are great dogs but unfortunately Rottweilers (like Pitbulls, Dobermans, and some other breeds) do have a bad reputation for biting and/or killing people and small animals like cats. I would suggest taking your dog to a dog park and/or if you have a friend who owns a dog see if they would allow their dog to play with your dog. These are just some ideas to help your dog start making friends. As far as everyone else goes there's not much you can do except try to talk to them and explain that not all Rottweilers are mean and aggressive but chances they will stand by their opinions about Rottweilers and probably won't allow their dogs to play with your dog.
