Please help me!!!!!!!?

I want to lose 28 pounds, so I'll be at my goal weight. I'm doing something extreme to lose weight, by jogging wrapped in cling film in a sauna. For 5 mins at a time, fora couple hours everyday. I'm eating weetabix with low fat yogurt and fruit for breakfast (8) for lunch I'm having fruit salad. And for tea, I'm having the food you get in walmart in a bag, which is only a 100 calories. Is my diet dangerous,???, I walk my doggies aswell for 2 hours every day.
