I want to know which one would break first when they come in contact with each other, i mean if i hit someone with my shin (kicking) and my opponent block with his/her elbow which one receive the much damage? i fight muay thai and i had kick shin with shin i know the pain already and i had also been kick in my elbow... but i still havent kick someone in there elbows and that kinda of set me down a little cause then i hesitate to kick the mid section wondering if i'll be the one more inflicted... (even though i do train my shins)
