Do Europeans dislike Americans?

Why do alot of Europeans dislike Americans? I don't affiliate with any political or social party. I go by what makes the most common sense so I'm agreeing and disagreeing with a little bit of everything. I'm not arrogant or believe anything Ameircan is better, because half the sh*t we have here is not! I don't believe the US won WWII. Because the Allies did. Our leaders and government do put out a bad global image on us but like most people in Europa, Australia and other parts of the world, most Yanks are just tax paying citizens!
