4 month Puppies constant play fight is starting to get annoying?

This is what 2 dogs are for. Plus if they are puppies this is more than normal. They are there to play with each other. If you had one dog you would have to play with them way more, but since they have each other the load is lightened for you. It may be helpful if you gave them stimulated exercise, as in a walk on a leash. Running around wild is exercise, but only physical. Teaching them to walk on a leash and giving them direction will be mentally stimulating for them. This could also help them be calmer at home.
