Whats wrong with my doggie?

My dog's nose is warm and she's usually active but now she lays around. I mean, she is lazier than usual. This morning she didn't want to go outside to "do her business". I gave her ibuprofen earlier. We know we need to get her in for a hair cut, so if all that's wrong is she's overheating, that's an easy fix. Please answer quickly so we can do something for her quickly. Thank you guys so much!
