Yu-Gi-Oh: Any Alternatives for Substitoad?

My Cousin wants a Frog Deck and was thinking of trying the Tournament Circuit. He knows I make pretty awesome decks when it comes to Draining Opponents Lifepoints and making the others deck useless. But I almost forgot that Substitoad was banned a while ago so the Deck isnt really great. I cant think of any alternatives. I have Unifrog, Dupe Frog, and Flip Flop Frog..the Essentials in a Frog Deck but without Substitoad Idk how I can make the deck good.
