They answer is no, because they did not qualify... Liverpool will only get to play domestic football. Hopefully they will be able to focus on their league positioning better because of this. Even as a Chelsea fan I can say it's sad to to see a team with so much history struggle so much over the past few years. They have been replaced in the big 4 by City and have moved down to a mid table squad.
