What should you do when keeper comes out in fifa 11?

I am really good at fifa and i score loads of goals but some opponents call their keeper out if i give lofted through ball to my team mate and make them pick up the ball. So what should i do (Sometimes you can not pass because there is no mate) Which shot should i use?
