Best Shampoo For My Doggies?

Hi, I have a 2 shih tzus and im looking for a flea and tick shampoo and a shampoo that makes my dogs' hair soft and shiney.. I want one that smells great that last longs, effective, and doesnt make my dogs shed a lot of hair cause the shampoo im using now smells great and gets rid of flesa/ticks but make my dogs shed a lot of hair. and now the whole family is itchin... Any suggestions??
