Game Battles Black ops?

So me and my friends want to start doing MLG gaming on Game Battles . com but whenever we try to challenge another team it says that we need to challenge opponents within our levels? What does that mean. And when we do match finder it says that we can't "You cannot post challenges outside the current ladder season play dates. Challenges are valid between 1969-12-31 07:00:00 and 1969-12-31 07:00:00" What is that? I just want to play!!
