Changing swype on samsung galaxy europa?

My friend changed his samsung keypad to swype, but then he didn't like it, and now he forgot how to change it back. Help please?? I don't know how to do it cause I don't use his phone. I tried to search it on google but they keep saying some stuff that doesn't work for my friend, so help thanks :D
