My dog is pooping in the garage. ?

Ok I have had her since she was a puppy and she has NEVER POOPED in the garage. (We have a old car garage cleaned out and it has carpet and a little doggie dog so she can go outside to poop and pee) but lately she has been pooping and peeing in the garage now. I keep her little area where she is supposed to poop at clean. I have just run out of ideas someone please help.
