Does Toon Cannon Soldier's effect still work?
I have four Toons on the field and I normal summon my Toon Cannon Soldier and my opponent activates Torrential Tribute. Can I still activate my Toon Cannon Soldier's effect to tribute all of them including itself to inflict 2,500 damage to his life points?
