SC2 Plans anti protoss?

Ok u Starcraft experts, can anyone give me some plans that make it much easier to go up against protoss opponents in a 4v4 match playing as random. Don't gimme the usual B.S. about EMP shockwave, and upgrades. This may sound like a lie, or an excuse, but I practically got B.S.-moved by protoss opponents like 8 times in a row and DEMOTED TO SILVER!!! plz give me some ways-of-playing that will help me out against rushes and colossus. Be sure to include all 3 races. and btw i realize that i sound like a *****, but im just POed
