Which of these two clubs is more successful?

Team B is Roma. Roma has been bought by new, wealthy owners and has brought in a new manager. Roma also has a far larger fan base and brings in more revenue than Atletico Madrid (Just look at the financial statements on Forbes). Clearly they are ambitious, and much more so than Atletico Madrid. Bringing up past success is pointless in this situation, as we know that clubs who were successful in the past are not necessarily more successful in the future.
